At Audiolab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day return window.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully repackage your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
